This bright, minimal studio was designed as a flexible, open space where photographers, creators, and hosts can truly make it their own.

The main Set is 900 sq ft, 13 ft high ceilings, white walls, and white concrete floors. This room offers a clean canvas for a wide range of uses. Four oversized windows (two south-facing and two west-facing) fill the space with beautiful natural light throughout the day, softened by sheer curtains for a bright, diffused glow.

The open layout allows the studio to easily transform from photography sessions, content creation, and branding shoots to workshops, podcasts, and styled productions. It also doubles as an event space, perfect for birthday parties, showers, networking events, and intimate gatherings.

With an additional 900 sq ft in the back there is a dedicated prop room including a variety of movable furniture and styling pieces. With chairs, couches, tables, rugs, plants, and more making it easy to customize the space. A seamless backdrop system and lighting equipment are also available for use.

Additional amenities include a private bathroom and kitchenette for use.
